Kids 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers around self- protection techniques, respect, discipline, attention, leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. Teen and Adult Program

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
