Programs Offered
Children 5 to 11 Years Old
For Children ages 5 to 11, We provide our junior program. This program centers around self- protection methods, esteem, discipline, focusand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. Overall, no matter what the era, all our students will be stronger physically, have improved health, and a powerful mind body connection.
Teen and Adult App
The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the adult program include consciousness in road situations, elementary self defense clinics, basic self protection practices, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense techniques, and overall standard fitness.
