Programs Offered

Kids 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers on self- protection methods, esteem, discipline, attentionand leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. Overall, regardless of what the age, all our pupils will be stronger physically, have improved health, and a powerful mind body connection.

Teen and Adult App

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the mature program include awareness in road situations, elementary self defense practices, basic self defense clinics, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense methods, and overall basic fitness.
