Programs Offered

Children 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers around self- defense techniques, esteem, discipline, focus, leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. In general, regardless of what the age, all our students will be more powerful, have better health, and a strong mind body connection.

Teen and Adult App

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the mature program include awareness in road situations, elementary self defense clinics, basic self defense clinics, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense methods, and general standard fitness.
