Programs Offered

Children 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers on self- defense methods, esteem, discipline, focus, leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, regardless of what the era, our pupils will be more powerful physically, have improved health, and a strong mind body link.

Teen and Adult Program

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the adult program include awareness in road situations, elementary self defense practices, basic self protection practices, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense methods, and general basic fitness.
