Programs Offered

Children 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We provide our junior program. This program centers around self- defense methods, esteem, discipline, attentionand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. In general, no matter what the era, all our pupils will be more powerful physically, have improved health, and a strong mind body link.

Teen and Adult Program

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Attributes of the mature program include consciousness in street situations, elementary self defense clinics, basic self protection practices, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense methods, and overall basic fitness.
