Programs Offered

Children 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We provide our junior program. This program centers around self- protection techniques, respect, discipline, attentionand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. In general, no matter what the era, our students will be stronger physically, have better health, and a powerful mind body connection.

Teen and Adult Program

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Attributes of the adult program include awareness in road situations, basic self defense clinics, basic self defense clinics, explanation of principles and concepts used in self defense methods, and overall basic fitness.
