Crib Bedding For Boys Suggestions
When I was preparing my first sons nursery I knew that I was having a boy. A lot of people do not like to know the sex of the baby before they're born, but I can tell you that it makes designing a nursery so much easier. Not that you can't design a nursery that isn't gender specific with ease, but if you know that you are having a boy you can choose much more boyish themes.
If you are planning on designing a separate room/nursery where the crib will stay then decorate it after you purchase your bedding. This way you will have less trouble coordinating wall paint/paper with bedding etc.
First and foremost, it would be best to determine your budget. Since accessories for your bedroom have varying prices, you need to have your budget so that you won't overspend. Having a beautiful bedroom doesn't necessarily mean that you will have to spend a lot of money on it. You just have to be wise and persevering in looking for the best deals in the market.
The customary color for boys is blue. The choice for boys is huge as well. For example, you might like the thematic "jungle" or "forest" collections. These whimsical Bedding sets may have cheetah or leopard prints combined with all shades of earth, green, and honey. The fabrics may include soft velvet and healthy cotton. You can also find sea and sky themed bedding for baby boys.
Also try look for sets that are made of cotton or wool. Those that are made of wool are extremely comfortable, while those are made of cotton are usually hypoallergenic. Hypoallergenic is always a good choice for babies, as you never going to be sure what allergies they may have. Keep this in mind looking for you sets, if you may be bombarded it with cotton sets that are not hypoallergenic. If you do want to go with one that is made of cotton, ensure that is hypoallergenic for the safety and comfort of your baby.
The designer bedding sets are available in different sizes. Starting from the twin size to the Cal king size, there is every possible size that you can buy from the store. If you are purchasing a bed for your kids then it is better to buy a bed of twin or twin XL size. Your kids always like to have it small and cozy and therefore the twin size bed would do fine with them. If your child has more than one sibling then you should choose the twin XL for them. You may also go for other sizes depending on the space of your child's room.
When I say luxury I mean everything from the sheets to the quilt on top of your bed. Bed sheets are categorized by the thread count in a square inch of linen material. As the thread count grows in number, it becomes softer. An average bedding set's sheet has around a 90 thread count. These are nice but a count of 300 is more luxurious. The higher the thread count, the more expensive the sheets become.
Unless you are decorating your bedroom around random bedding that jumps out at you, then you need to determine what color and style of bedding sets you are going to look at. This can be determined by the style and colors that will be in your bedroom.
