Programs Offered

Children 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers around self- protection methods, esteem, discipline, attentionand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. Overall, regardless of what the era, our students will be more powerful physically, have better health, and a powerful mind body connection.

Teen and Adult Program

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the mature program include awareness in street situations, elementary self defense practices, basic self protection clinics, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense methods, and overall standard fitness.
