Programs Offered

Children 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We provide our junior program. This program centers around self- defense methods, esteem, discipline, attentionand leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. Overall, regardless of what the era, all our pupils will be stronger physically, have improved health, and a strong mind body link.

Teen and Adult Program

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Attributes of the adult program include awareness in street situations, elementary self defense practices, basic self defense practices, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense techniques, and overall standard fitness.
