Programs Offered

Children 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We provide our junior program. This program centers on self- protection techniques, esteem, discipline, attentionand leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. Overall, regardless of what the age, all our pupils will be stronger physically, have improved health, and a strong mind body link.

Teen and Adult App

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the mature program include awareness in road situations, elementary self defense clinics, basic self defense practices, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense techniques, and overall basic fitness.
