Programs Offered

Kids 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers around self- protection techniques, esteem, discipline, attentionand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, no matter what the age, our students will be more powerful, have better health, and a strong mind body link.

Teen and Adult Program

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Attributes of the adult program include awareness in street situations, elementary self defense clinics, basic self protection practices, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense techniques, and general basic fitness.
