Programs Offered
Kids 5 to 11 Years Old
For Children ages 5 to 11, We provide our junior program. This program centers around self- defense techniques, esteem, discipline, focusand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. Overall, no matter what the age, our pupils will be stronger, have improved health, and a powerful mind body connection.
Teen and Adult App
The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the adult program include awareness in street situations, basic self defense practices, basic self protection practices, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense techniques, and overall standard fitness.
