Programs Offered
Kids 5 to 11 Years Old
For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers around self- defense methods, respect, discipline, attention, leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. Overall, no matter what the era, our pupils will be more powerful, have better health, and a powerful mind body link.
Teen and Adult Program
The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the mature program include consciousness in road situations, elementary self defense clinics, basic self protection practices, explanation of principles and concepts used in self defense techniques, and overall basic fitness.
