Programs Offered

Kids 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers on self- defense techniques, esteem, discipline, attentionand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, no matter what the era, all our students will be more powerful, have better health, and a powerful mind body link.

Teen and Adult App

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Attributes of the mature program include awareness in street situations, basic self defense practices, basic self protection practices, explanation of principles and concepts used in self defense techniques, and overall standard fitness.
