Programs Offered

Kids 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers around self- protection techniques, respect, discipline, focus, leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. Overall, no matter what the era, our pupils will be stronger, have better health, and a strong mind body link.

Teen and Adult App

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the adult program include consciousness in road situations, basic self defense practices, basic self protection clinics, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense methods, and overall basic fitness.
