Programs Offered

Children 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers on self- defense methods, respect, discipline, focusand leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, regardless of what the age, all our pupils will be more powerful, have improved health, and a powerful mind body link.

Teen and Adult App

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the adult program include consciousness in street situations, elementary self defense practices, basic self protection clinics, explanation of principles and concepts used in self defense techniques, and general standard fitness.
