Flores Brothers Kenop Karate our customized karate apps for all it's pupils. Their personalized karate programs can concentrate on a kid as young as five or an adult such as older retired people. We offer our students our seasoned And certified coaches. Our staff is educated in all our programs offered. Our staff is well trained in training a young child, and also can use their expertise skills and knowledge in training a teenager, young or older adult.
Programs Offered
Kids 5 to 11 Years Old
For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers around self- defense techniques, respect, discipline, focusand leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. In general, no matter what the age, our pupils will be stronger, have improved health, and a strong mind body connection.
Teen and Adult Program
The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the adult program include awareness in street situations, basic self defense clinics, basic self defense practices, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense techniques, and general standard fitness.
