Programs Offered
Kids 5 to 11 Years Old
For Children ages 5 to 11, We provide our junior program. This program centers around self- protection methods, respect, discipline, attentionand leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, no matter what the age, all our pupils will be stronger, have better health, and a strong mind body link.
Teen and Adult Program
The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Attributes of the adult program include awareness in street situations, basic self defense practices, basic self defense practices, explanation of principles and concepts used in self defense techniques, and general standard fitness.
