We Provide our students our experienced And certified coaches. Our staff is educated about all our apps offered. Our staff is well versed in educating a young child, and also may use their experience skills and knowledge in training a teen, young or older adult.
Programs Offered
Children 5 to 11 Years Old
For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers around self- protection techniques, respect, discipline, attention, leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, no matter what the age, all our pupils will be more powerful physically, have improved health, and a strong mind body link.
Teen and Adult Program
The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the adult program include awareness in street situations, elementary self defense practices, basic self protection clinics, explanation of principles and concepts used in self defense techniques, and general standard fitness.
