Programs Offered

Kids 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We provide our junior program. This program centers around self- protection techniques, esteem, discipline, attentionand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. In general, no matter what the age, our pupils will be more powerful physically, have better health, and a powerful mind body connection.

Teen and Adult App

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the mature program include consciousness in street situations, elementary self defense practices, basic self protection practices, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense techniques, and general standard fitness.
