Programs Offered

Kids 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers around self- protection techniques, esteem, discipline, focus, leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. Overall, no matter what the era, our pupils will be more powerful, have improved health, and a strong mind body connection.

Teen and Adult Program

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Attributes of the mature program include awareness in road situations, elementary self defense clinics, basic self protection practices, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense methods, and overall basic fitness.
