Programs Offered

Children 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We provide our junior program. This program centers around self- defense methods, esteem, discipline, focusand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, no matter what the era, all our pupils will be more powerful physically, have improved health, and a strong mind body connection.

Teen and Adult App

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the adult program include awareness in street situations, basic self defense clinics, basic self protection clinics, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense techniques, and general basic fitness.
