Programs Offered
Children 5 to 11 Years Old
For Children ages 5 to 11, We provide our junior program. This program centers around self- protection techniques, esteem, discipline, attention, leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. Overall, regardless of what the age, all our students will be more powerful, have improved health, and a powerful mind body connection.
Teen and Adult Program
The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the adult program include consciousness in street situations, elementary self defense clinics, basic self defense clinics, explanation of principles and concepts used in self defense techniques, and overall basic fitness.
