Programs Offered

Kids 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We provide our junior program. This program centers on self- defense methods, respect, discipline, attention, leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. Overall, regardless of what the age, our pupils will be more powerful physically, have improved health, and a strong mind body link.

Teen and Adult Program

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the mature program include awareness in road situations, basic self defense practices, basic self defense clinics, explanation of principles and concepts used in self defense methods, and general standard fitness.
