Programs Offered

Children 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers on self- protection methods, esteem, discipline, focus, leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. In general, regardless of what the age, our pupils will be more powerful, have better health, and a powerful mind body connection.

Teen and Adult Program

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the mature program include awareness in street situations, basic self defense clinics, basic self defense practices, explanation of principles and concepts used in self defense techniques, and overall basic fitness.
