Flores Brothers Kenop Karate our customized karate programs for all it's pupils. Their personalized karate programs can concentrate on a child as young as five or a grownup such as older retired people. Our philosophy is that there is martial arts possible in everyone. We Provide our students our experienced And certified coaches. Our staff is knowledgeable in all our programs provided. Our staff is well versed in educating a young kid, and also may use their experience skills and knowledge in training a teenager, young or older adult.
Programs Offered
Children 5 to 11 Years Old
For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers on self- defense techniques, respect, discipline, attentionand leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, regardless of what the age, all our pupils will be more powerful physically, have improved health, and a powerful mind body link.
Teen and Adult Program
The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the mature program include awareness in street situations, basic self defense practices, basic self protection practices, explanation of principles and concepts used in self defense techniques, and general basic fitness.
