Programs Offered

Children 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers on self- protection methods, esteem, discipline, focusand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, no matter what the age, all our pupils will be stronger physically, have better health, and a powerful mind body connection.

Teen and Adult App

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the adult program include awareness in street situations, basic self defense practices, basic self defense clinics, explanation of principles and concepts used in self defense techniques, and general basic fitness.
