Programs Offered

Children 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We provide our junior program. This program centers on self- defense techniques, esteem, discipline, attentionand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. Teen and Adult App

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Characteristics of the mature program include consciousness in road situations, basic self defense practices, basic self defense clinics, explanation of principles and concepts used in self defense methods, and overall standard fitness.
