This program centers on self- defense techniques, esteem, discipline, attentionand leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. In general, regardless of what the era, our pupils will be stronger physically, have improved health, and a strong mind body connection.<br><br>Teen and Adult App<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
