This program centers on self- protection methods, respect, discipline, attentionand leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. Overall, no matter what the age, our pupils will be more powerful, have better health, and a powerful mind body link.<br><br>Teen and Adult App<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
