This program centers around self- protection techniques, respect, discipline, focusand leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, no matter what the age, our students will be stronger physically, have improved health, and a strong mind body link.<br><br>Teen and Adult App<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
