This program centers on self- protection techniques, esteem, discipline, attention, leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, no matter what the age, all our pupils will be stronger physically, have improved health, and a powerful mind body link.<br><br>Teen and Adult App<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
