This program centers around self- defense techniques, respect, discipline, attentionand leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. In general, regardless of what the era, all our students will be stronger, have better health, and a strong mind body connection.<br><br>Teen and Adult Program<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
