This program centers on self- protection methods, respect, discipline, focus, leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, regardless of what the era, all our students will be stronger, have improved health, and a powerful mind body link.<br><br>Teen and Adult App<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
