This program centers on self- defense techniques, respect, discipline, attention, leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. In general, no matter what the age, all our pupils will be more powerful physically, have better health, and a powerful mind body connection.<br><br>Teen and Adult Program<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
