This program centers on self- protection techniques, respect, discipline, focusand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. Overall, regardless of what the age, our pupils will be more powerful physically, have better health, and a powerful mind body connection.<br><br>Teen and Adult Program<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
