This program centers on self- defense techniques, respect, discipline, focusand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. Overall, no matter what the age, all our students will be more powerful, have improved health, and a powerful mind body link.<br><br>Teen and Adult App<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
