Our team is well trained in educating a young child, and also may use their experience skills and knowledge in training a teenager, young or older adult.<br><br>Programs Offered<br><br>Children 5 to 11 Years Old<br><br>For Children ages 5 to 11, We provide our junior program. This program centers on self- protection methods, esteem, discipline, focus, leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, regardless of what the era, our pupils will be more powerful physically, have improved health, and a strong mind body link.<br><br>Teen and Adult Program<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
