This program centers around self- protection techniques, respect, discipline, attention, leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, regardless of what the era, our students will be stronger, have improved health, and a powerful mind body connection.<br><br>Teen and Adult Program<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
