This program centers around self- defense methods, respect, discipline, attentionand leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. Overall, regardless of what the age, all our students will be stronger, have better health, and a powerful mind body connection.<br><br>Teen and Adult Program<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
