Our staff is well trained in training a young kid, and also may use their expertise skills and knowledge in training a teen, young or older adult.<br><br>Programs Offered<br><br>Kids 5 to 11 Years Old<br><br>For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers around self- defense techniques, esteem, discipline, attention, leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. Overall, regardless of what the age, our pupils will be more powerful, have better health, and a strong mind body connection.<br><br>Teen and Adult App<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
