This program centers around self- defense methods, esteem, discipline, attention, leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, no matter what the era, our pupils will be more powerful, have improved health, and a powerful mind body connection.<br><br>Teen and Adult App<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
