This program centers around self- defense techniques, esteem, discipline, attentionand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. Overall, no matter what the age, all our pupils will be more powerful physically, have improved health, and a powerful mind body link.<br><br>Teen and Adult App<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
