This program centers on self- protection techniques, respect, discipline, focus, leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. In general, regardless of what the era, all our pupils will be stronger, have improved health, and a powerful mind body link.<br><br>Teen and Adult Program<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
