This program centers around self- protection techniques, respect, discipline, attentionand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, no matter what the era, all our students will be stronger physically, have improved health, and a strong mind body link.<br><br>Teen and Adult App<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
