This program centers around self- defense methods, respect, discipline, focusand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. In general, regardless of what the age, all our pupils will be stronger physically, have better health, and a powerful mind body link.<br><br>Teen and Adult Program<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
