This program centers on self- protection methods, respect, discipline, attention, leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. Overall, regardless of what the age, all our students will be stronger physically, have improved health, and a strong mind body connection.<br><br>Teen and Adult Program<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
