This program centers on self- protection techniques, esteem, discipline, attentionand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and much more. In general, no matter what the era, our pupils will be more powerful, have improved health, and a powerful mind body link.<br><br>Teen and Adult Program<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
