This program centers around self- protection techniques, esteem, discipline, attentionand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, no matter what the age, our students will be more powerful, have better health, and a strong mind body link.<br><br>Teen and Adult Program<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
